Year 2017 is slowly coming to an end, and as always this time of the year I would like to take a moment and look back at my travel highlights of the past year before heading off to new adventures in 2018.

Once again I have to say that it has been one heck of a crazy year. It has been super busy and extremely long hours at work. Every day is a beach day in Noordwijk aan Zee! Even during the coldest winter season when temperatures fluctuate below and above zero degrees Celsius.Earlier this week I spent 4 days in Noordwijk aan Zee, a small beach town on the dunes by the Atlantic Ocean, in the province of South Holland some 50 km southwest of Amsterdam.
